About the MerryGoBall
I've never seen this before, how did MerryGoBall come to be?
We've been playing with MerryGoBall's within our family for as long as we can remember, and its become a tradition at all our family events, and now we want to bring this tradition to your home as well!
How big is each MerryGoBall?
Each MerryGoBall is about the size of a basketball and its loaded with 40 of the coolest new prizes!
How long does it take to play?
Typically to unwrap an entire MerryGoBall with 5 players it takes about 20 minutes. But it will be the most hilarious 20 minutes of Rip Rollin' Fun!
What age is the MerryGoBall most suitable for?
The MerryGoBall can be enjoyed by people of all ages but the prizes inside will delight kids from ages 6-12
Will there be other versions of MerrGoBall?
Yes! We are looking to expand and offer different variations of the MerryGoBall to delight different age groups, along with special editions tailored for various holiday occasions.

Ordering
What is the status of my order?
Log into your MerryGoBall account to view order status under Order History. If you still have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please email us at customerservice@merrygoball.com
Can I cancel or adjust my order?
We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is submitted it cannot be cancelled or changed.
How do I know my order was placed?
As soon as you have completed the check out process, your order number should appear on your screen. If you missed seeing that, please check your inbox for the official confirmation email. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
Why does the order say it's closed but I have not received my shipment yet?
"Closed" simply means your order has been processed and shipped. Once the carrier has scanned the package, you should receive an email with the tracking.
The tracking info says “scheduled pending”; what does this mean?
Scheduled Pending delivery could simply imply that your package is at the station and is awaiting its turn to get scanned into a vehicle and then dispatched. If it doesn’t show any movement for more than a few days, please email us at customerservice@merrygoball.com

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping in the US and Canada on all our orders, no minimums required.
Does MerryGoBall ship to me?
We currently ship to the entire USA and all of Canada. We are working hard to make MerryGoBall available across the globe!
What are my shipping options?
We offer Free standard shipping in the USA and Canada and it typically takes 4-8 business days
If you want to get your MerryGoBall quicker, we also offer Express shipping (2-3 business days) for an additional cost depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email.
You can also check the status of your order anytime by signing into our site. This takes you directly to your Account page, where you will see an Order History section to find information on the shipping method and the tracking number. Should you have any additional questions about your order please email us at customerservice@merrygoball.com
What is your return policy?
Your happiness is our mission! Not 100% in love with your product purchased from MerryGoBall.com? After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return it, as long as it’s in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
We do not offer gift exchanges.
For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. There are no restocking fees.
MerryGoBall.com is not responsible for the cost of return shipping charges for any return.
We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.
Please keep the packing list in case you need to arrange for a return. Please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they contain important information.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 14 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
